2025 LET THE BIG DOG EAT TROPHY

Congratulations to Adam Clukey for winning the Let The Big Dog Eat Trophy at Styrrup Hall Golf Club on Sunday 27th July. Adam captured his first Heppy's silverware (Teapot) by shooting a near record breaking round of 47 stableford points! Relatively calm conditions saw a lot of high scores come in, however, Adam was a full 5 & 7 shots clear of his closest rivals, Jonny & Neil. Highlights of his round included two 4 pointers with a birdie on the par 5 4th along with a par on the 9th getting 2 shots. Adam even managed to blob the 5th with an 8 on his way to victory! Fair play to Adam for an amazing round of golf.

2025 CAPTAIN'S STABLEFORD

Congratulations to Iain Garner for winning the Captain's Stableford at Cottingham Golf Club on Sunday 22nd June. Iain was back in the winners enclosure at Heppy's for the first time since his hattrick of wins in 2019 which helped him on his way to the Garby Clark Trophy that same year. Cottingham Parks once again proved to be a difficult course with 35 points the winning total for Iain who beat Garry Broadley on a countback. Iain had a consistent round despite blobbing the 1st, the highlight of which was a birdie on the Par 4 7th for a 4 pointer with a shot. Well played Iain and Garry.

2024 GARBY CLARK TROPHY

Congratulations to Corey Winton for winning the 2024 Garby Clark Trophy with 144 points for his four highest stableford scores from the five rounds. Corey's win was even more impressive as he only played four rounds in the year. Well played Corey. Special mention to Mark & Harry in their first season for running Corey close and only finishing three & six points behind him.
